I am a volunteer run director for Peacehaven’s parkrun, in Centenary Park in Piddinghoe Avenue.
Come and join us on Saturdays for a 5K timed parkrun, and on Sundays for Junior parkrun which is a timed 2k run. It’s absolutely free!
Running is always easier when you’re part of a group. There are runners in our group who range from 19mins – 45min for a 5km & quite a few who run with buggys, so you will always be able to run alongside people who are roughly the same pace as you.
I will post at the beginning of each month what the running plans are for the month, so keep an eye on my Facebook page. The rough plan is to do 2 Saturdays of the month at Peacehaven & then go parkrun touring on the other Saturdays (Hove Prom, Hove Park, Preston park, Worthing, Eastbourne etc).

What is Peacehaven parkrun?
It is a 5km run – it’s you against the clock.
When is it?
Every Saturday at 9:00am.
Where is it?
The event takes place at Centenary Park, Piddinghoe Avenue, Peacehaven, BN10 8RJ. See course page for more details.
What does it cost to join in?
Nothing – it’s free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time.
How fast do I have to be?
We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
