Join Ria on Tuesdays at 5pm at a muscle crunching Metabolic class. 

A class centred on strength training to produce a high intensity class that trains both the muscular and cardiovascular system to create a smart training solution. The class uses a rotation system, so the user can record their progress. The class uses barbells, dumbbells, ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls and requires some experience of free weight training. The class is a great calorie burner, great fun and is a challenging workout.
